Professional Services

Joanne is an exceptional recruiter who listens and understands her client’s needs. I have worked with Joanne to fill a number of posts and the calibre of her candidates is outstanding. Her communication throughout the recruitment process is second to none and the follow up is equally as good. I would work with Joanne for every role I require.

Client Testimonial
Jan 2024 – Regional Manager – Social Care Sector

Joanne has been the best recruiter I have ever worked with, she’s hard working, diligent and a great communicator. She has always been dedicated to finding the best person for our vacancies. For me it’s not just about what skills people have it’s also about finding someone that fits perfectly with the existing team and Joanne has always been completely in tune with what kind of personalities work best for us. Joanne has provided us with some great employees over the years some of which started at a junior level and 9 years later are still with us in more senior roles.

IT Team Manager

Joanne provided recruitment for my team for 12 months. She was able to improve our recruitment results through being engaged with candidates throughout their recruitment journey- an innovative approach to engaging with potential candidates, quality filtering of candidates, active involvement in the interview process, prompt follow up at every stage including ensuring all candidates were fully vetted. Not only did Joanne improve our recruitment results she was also a friendly, reliable and a pleasure to have as part of the team.

Manager

I first met Joanne while I was managing the people requirements of a National Care Charity. We had over 2,000 employees stretching across many different work placed functions. Joanne was a breath of fresh air with her approach to campaigns. When working with Joanne you get a real sense that she wants to know as much as possible about the role and the person who we saw as a fit. Joanne spent time out in the ‘services’ learning hands on what was involved in many of the roles we were recruiting for. A focused and consummate professional with your needs at the heart of every campaign she runs.

Recruitment Manager

Joanne has an extremely professional approach with a personalised and personable approach. I was recruited into an organisation by Joanne and it involved a significant amount of negotiation which was conducted by Joanne.

I never felt pressurised and Joanne was extremely responsive and made me feel that she had my best interests at heart. I took the role and never looked back, so much so that Joanne and I worked together very successfully a few years later!

If I were to sum Joanne’s approach it would be to say that she demonstrates honesty and integrity in all that she does with a professionalism that’s not easy to find.
