About the role

You will have experience supporting a Board or senior leadership team, ideally within a charity or membership organisation, alongside experience of company secretarial or charity governance administration.
You will be confident coordinating meetings from start to finish, including agendas, papers, logistics, minutes and follow-up actions, and have a working understanding of charity governance requirements such as Charity Commission filings, trustee registers and AGM/EGM processes.
Excellent written communication, strong attention to detail and discretion are essential. You will be comfortable working independently within a remote environment while building trusted relationships with trustees, senior colleagues and external stakeholders.
Above all, we are looking for someone practical, collaborative and solutions-focused who understands how strong governance and effective administration can support better decision-making and smoother ways of working.
