Defour Partnership is delighted to be supporting a specialist autism organisation in the recruitment of a Senior Autism Practitioner (Team Leader) to join their South West Scotland services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social care professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role, supporting autistic adults to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

About the Role

As Senior Autism Practitioner, you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to a team of dedicated practitioners, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently.

Working closely with families, professionals and colleagues, you will help develop support plans, coach team members and contribute to positive outcomes for the people supported.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who have:

✔ Experience in a supervisory or management role within social care

✔ Experience supporting autistic individuals

✔ Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills

✔ Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office

✔ A Full UK Driving Licence

✔ A passion for delivering person-centred support
