Defour Partnership is delighted to be supporting a leading national health and social care charity in the recruitment of a Service Leader to oversee services within the Sefton area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social care professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career, supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives within their communities.

About the Role

As Service Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of support professionals, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered at all times.

You will promote a positive culture, drive service performance and work closely with colleagues to ensure the people supported achieve the best possible outcomes.

This role would suit an ambitious and compassionate leader who is passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of others.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who have:

✔ Experience working within health and social care services

✔ Previous leadership or supervisory experience

✔ Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern

✔ Strong communication and people management skills

✔ Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems

✔ A relevant Health & Social Care qualification

✔ A passion for delivering outstanding person-centred support
